It is a very good hotel, very clean, comfortable, with good design and very polite staff. The breakfasts are amazing, there is food for any taste, very good Chinese food. The garden is very nice, quiet with a pond and sound of water.

Nice, bright room. A soft bed. I liked the balcony, it's a pity that the weather was gray.A varied and delicious breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Good location, close to Shanghai South Station and other public transport. Very kind and helpful staff. Specially thankful for manager Song & manager Liu’s friendly support, letting me experienced wonderful welcome home feeling.

Good staff especially Justin as he helped me carry my luggage. Comfortable bed. A bit far from the metro station but good location nonetheless
